Program Partners

New Jersey After 3 is a statewide network of evidence-based programs that, during the 2009 -2010 school year, consisted of 45 local nonprofit agencies (called Program Partners) that expanded learning time in 115 schools and served approximately 12,000 children and their families in urban, suburban and rural communities across New Jersey.

FY2011 Request for Proposals Released

July 26, 2010 - New Jersey After 3 is pleased to announce its FY2011 Request for Proposals (RFP) from existing nonprofit Program Partners to expand learning time in existing partner schools.

The investments made through this RFP will 1) improve student achievement and support the positive development of children across the state; 2) provide existing Program Partners with the resources necessary to implement successful programs in existing partner schools; and 3) provide the necessary leverage to attract and grow additional funding streams that support, strengthen and sustain these programs in future years.

This RFP requires a combined 1:1 matching funds commitment from existing Program Partners and their respective school district partners.
