New Jersey After 3 is honored to announce that Dr. Milton Goldberg will be kicking off the New Jersey Expanded Learning Time Summit on September 23rd by serving as its keynote speaker.

 

Dr. Goldberg was instrumental in the publication of the landmark report, A Nation at Risk, a report generally credited with starting the nationwide education reform movement.
